#1 Nonalcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri

The slushy consistency and fruity flavor of a strawberry daiquiri is a refreshing option on any day, whether you’re gossiping with friends over specially curated charcuterie boards or winding down with your partner and a large pizza after a long week.

This sweet recipe requires only a few ingredients, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¾  cup citrus soda water or sparkling water
  • 3 oz   nonalcoholic rum
  • 5 tbsp agave or simple syrup
  • ¼ cup lime juice

Preparation

First, grab a blender and add the fresh strawberries with the ice, citrus soda water/sparkling water, agave/simple syrup and lime juice. Blend until you’ve reached the desired consistency, and pour the daiquiri into your glass of choice. To customize your drink, add a cut strawberry or lime slice to the rim.

This serving size is fit for two.

#2 Nonalcoholic Spicy Watermelon Agua Fresca

Whether you're hosting a lively taco night or simply yearning for the refreshing taste of watermelon juice, this zesty aqua fresca is sure to elevate your dining experience with its spicy kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ½ jalapeño, chopped
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

In a blender, combine the cold water, chopped watermelon, granulated sugar, lime juice, mint leaves and chopped jalapeño. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness or spiciness according to your preference, adding more sugar or jalapeño as needed.

Then, strain the aqua fresca through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds. Serve the spicy aqua fresca over ice in glasses, garnished with a sprig of mint or a slice of jalapeño, if desired.

#3  Nonalcoholic Pineapple Mule

A mule is a classic cocktail known for its refreshing qualities and versatility, making it the perfect libation for any occasion. However, if you're looking for a tropical twist without the alcohol, this nonalcoholic pineapple mule is an ideal alternative that promises all the flavor and vibrancy without the buzz.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup ginger beer
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½  tsp grated ginger
  • ¼  tsp ground turmeric
  • 2-3 slices of fresh pineapple, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the pineapple juice, ginger beer, fresh lime juice, grated ginger and ground turmeric. Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker or glass and shake or stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Then, strain the mixture into a copper mug or a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish the drink with slices of fresh pineapple and a few sprigs of mint leaves for a touch of tropical elegance.

#4  Nonalcoholic Hot Apple Cider

Perfect for those who savor the fruity essence of ciders or beers but prefer to skip the alcohol, this delightful beverage is tailor-made for chilly evenings by the fireplace or cozy mornings wrapped in a blanket.

Enjoy a hint of warmth and sweetness with every sip.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp whole allspice berries
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Preparation

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine the apple cider, cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange slices, brown sugar, allspice berries and whole cloves. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to infuse the flavors into the mixture.

Once the cider is fragrant and heated through, remove it from the heat and strain out the spices and orange slices using a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Ladle the hot cider into mugs or heatproof glasses, leaving room for optional garnishes. If desired, top each drink with a cinnamon stick for stirring.

#5  Nonalcoholic Whipped Lemonade

Bursting with citrusy freshness and a cloud-like whipped consistency, this delightful concoction promises to whisk you away to a state of pure relaxation and refreshment — no alcohol required.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½  cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups cold water
  • ½  cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½  cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the cold water and sweetened condensed milk to the pitcher and mix well to combine. You can taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as desired.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture until stiff peaks form. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the prepared lemonade over the ice, leaving some room at the top for the whipped topping. Then, spoon a generous dollop of the whipped cream mixture onto each glass of lemonade.

Finally, garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy.
