Taste was good but after about a month and a half I just don’t feel much differently from how I felt prior to using the product. I don’t necessarily think it’s a bad product, it just hasn’t worked that well for me.

I use cbc for pain, I thought I would try the health and vitality, thinking it would help me want to move more, it does work but doesn't help much for pain, so I will switch and see how the joint pain one works next time
I bought this product for everyday. Since the body heals at night. I figured that would be the best time to take it. I have some aches at night especially when it is cold and it takes me a long time to get to sleep and usually up and down through the night. I take one under my tongue and let it dissolve while I reading before bed. Within 30 minutes I am ready to sleep. I am not waking up till morning. I have not slept like this since I was a teenager. I highly recommend and will order again.
