After choosing one of our Subscribe & Save offers, make sure to create an account when you check out. Your account will give you access to modify or cancel future orders anytime up to three days prior to your next ship date. There is no long-term commitment. And unlike some product subscription programs, your savings begin immediately with Zebra CBD.

Your first order will process and ship the next business day. Future orders will ship as follows:

Single bottles: Ship monthly. Save 10%
2-packs: Ship every other month. Save 15%
4-packs: Ship every 4 months, Save 20%

If you wish to skip a month or pause an order, simply log in to your account and make these changes anytime prior to the order processing. Once an order has processed we are unable to edit that order and it will be shipped from our fulfillment center.

The card you provided when you placed your first order will be automatically charged the discounted price on future orders.

If you received a notice that your credit card was expired or did not process, you may log in to your account to modify the payment method at any time.

If you are unable to log in to your account, you may not have created one. If you are sure you created an account, click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You will receive a password reset via email. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the reset email shortly.

We offer FREE shipping via 2-3 day priority delivery service  for all 2-packs and 4-packs, and any order of $50 or more. A small shipping charge of $6.95 is added to all orders under $50.

You can modify your Subscribe & Save program by logging into your account. You will be able to add or remove products, as well as change shipping dates for future orders. Simply click the section you wish to modify and make the change.

If you wish to cancel an order, you will have this option once logged into your account, or by sending an email to our customer care department 

at least three days in advance of your next scheduled shipment date to cancel Subscribe & Save orders. Otherwise, the product will be shipped to you as scheduled and you will continue to be billed at the recurring order price.

Your request for cancellation will be processed immediately during our regular customer care hours, Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. 

We strive to provide fast processing and shipping for our customers. Therefore, once an order is processed, we do not have the ability to halt shipping.

You will still have the option to return the product to us for a speedy refund. (Return shipping not included). Just contact our customer care department by email and they will assist you with the return.

All cancellation requests will receive an RMA number and an email stating that your subscription has been canceled. Please keep this number for your records.

Unlike other companies, we allow you to combine your first Subscribe & Save order with other promotional discounts we offer from time to time. We love helping you save money!
