  • Facilitate interstate commerce

The bill also stipulated that hemp processors and handlers must obtain a license through the Nebraska Department of Agriculture hemp regulations. Licensing requirements for CBD in Nebraska state that applicants must not have any drug-related felonies within the last 10 years. Applicants must also provide: 

  • FBI Identity History Summary Check
  • Cultivator or Processor-Handler License Form
